My subscription was recently renewed, but unfortunately, I was unwell and forgot to cancel it before the renewal date. Since the renewal, I have not used the service. I kindly request that you cancel the renewed subscription and issue a refund, as I did not intend to continue at this time.

To clarify, our Refund Policy, outlined on our website, at checkout, and in your order confirmation email, states that payments for FrogHire.ai subscriptions are non-refundable once activated. As a reminder, we also send a renewal notification three (3) days before each renewal to ensure users have time to review or make changes to their plan if needed.
If you’d like to prevent future renewals, you can cancel anytime by logging into your account and navigating to Subscription → Manage My Subscription → Cancel. The only exception to this policy is if a significant technical issue occurs that prevents normal use of the service.
