Very buggy, extension stops working every now and then and I have to delete and reinstall, I have the premium subscription and facing this issue!

Hi, I have a monthly subscription to Frodg AI, which is $20 per month. However, I noticed that I was charged twice this month.I really want my money back. I participated in refer and earn and got enrolled 8 of my friends and it shows 112 days of premium added to my storage. But i cant use any of the premium features except my current plan. There is not any option either to use them or activate those days. Anyone please help
