My subscription was recently renewed, but unfortunately, I was unwell and forgot to cancel it before the renewal date. Since the renewal, I have not used the service. I kindly request that you cancel the renewed subscription and issue a refund, as I did not intend to continue at this time.

there is this company called NUstudio.ai its a legit company but the company name is registered as NuScale Inc acc to the e verified employer search so how can tell to frog hire.ai that its e-verified ?

For few companies its showing as non e verified, even though they are e-verified and H1 sponsor

For Bank of America posting, it shows they are not e-verified and not H1 sponsor which is not true and happening with few other companies too. Can team look into issue and fix this

I am trying to cancel my subscription it’s not happening, pop up window is blocked I don’t know why and I tried by logging into other devices but still it’s the same even I tried to delete the account it didn't work by the time it got renewed. can you look into the issue and cancel my subscription
