Thank you for reaching out to us. Could you let us know which browser you’re using (Chrome or Edge) and which job site you’re searching on when this happens? That will help us narrow things down.
In some cases, this issue can be caused by recent updates on the job website itself, which may temporarily prevent the job screener (H-1B / resume checker) from loading.
In the meantime, please try removing and reinstalling the FrogHire.ai extension, then refresh the job page and check again.
