I am trying to cancel my subscription it’s not happening, pop up window is blocked I don’t know why and I tried by logging into other devices but still it’s the same even I tried to delete the account it didn't work by the time it got renewed. can you look into the issue and cancel my subscription

Thank you for your message. I sincerely apologize for the issue you've encountered. I have informed my team about the pop-up problem. In the meantime, since the payment is processed through Stripe, would you mind trying to log in to your Stripe account using your email and checking if you can cancel the payment there? If you're still unable to cancel it, I will look into it further on our end.
